Influencer Marketing and an All-Aussie Brand Partnership for a Global Beauty Brand.
Sand & Sky are an Australian beauty success story. One of the country’s leading skincare brands, they have catapulted to success by dominating with influencer marketing. We worked with Sand & Sky to support the brand marketing team by managing their influencer marketing in a backfill role over three months.
We were directly responsible for delivering on average more than $100k in monthly earned media value and >1000% ROI, managing large-scale global marketing budgets. We achieved this working alongside the in-house team by developing their influencer marketing and existing global influencer relationships. True to form, we didn’t just complete the brief, but spent time understanding the current challenges of the in-house team, creating processes and procedures to improve efficiency that remain in place.
Amongst other things, we were also instrumental in negotiating influencer support and content creation for a tri-brand partnership* between Go-To Cosmetics, Frank Body and Sand & Sky in mid 2019. This included organising press sample distribution on global scale, working across multiple time zones, working directly with talent and agents and creating a watertight creative brief.
