An ecommerce level-up in lockdown
The Project
We first met the team behind one of Northern NSW’s most-loved gifts & homewares stores when they joined our DIY workshop series in early 2020. After opening an online store in the midst of COVID lockdowns, they needed a helping hand to optimise the new e-commerce side of their established business.
We acted as Oxley & Moss’ outsourced marketing team, creating and delivering marketing strategies at a time when waves of snap lockdowns threw every challenge our way. Together we created The Tweed Coast Christmas Hamper, an exclusive collaboration celebrating the Northern Rivers best small businesses. After conducting user testing, we also started work to optimise the website. This included launching a new navigation, providing all the relevant copy, to help organise the 1000s of products sold online.
